At Shivioso, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our refunds and returns policy.
1. Eligibility :
Our refunds and returns policy applies to physical products purchased directly from Shivioso.com.
- To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Returns are only applicable within 7 days of delivery.
- Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including intimate products , personalized items, and gift cards.
- Sales items cannot be returned & refunded, until made eligible for the particular products.
2. Initiation of Returns :
To initiate a return, you can go ahead with the ‘Refund’ option available at order view page, after you make a purchase from us or please contact our customer support team at support@shivioso.com within 7 days from the date of delivery. In your email, please provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant photos, if applicable.
3. Return Process :
Once your return request is received and approved, we will proceed with the return-to-origin process of the product. Please securely package the item and ship it back to us at the address provided.
4. Inspection and Refunds :
- Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your Original Method or New Payment details, provided by you at the time of returning. Refund amount will be reflected to your bank account within 7 working days.
- The refund amount will be for the original purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping, COD or other charges, mentioned during checkout as non-refundable amount.
- Only regular priced items may be return & refunded.
5. Exchanges :
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items :
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@shivioso.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
